In Training offers one-on-one coaching, group training, customized triathlon training programs, personal fitness training, fitness assessments, nutrition counseling, body fat percentage/body composition testing, and health and wellness counseling. Or if you’re interested in just a session or two for a swim/bike/run skills and technique analysis, In Training, LLC, can do that too! In Training is also the first and only stand-alone triathlon coaching center in the state of Utah, along with being the only Computrainer Multi-Rider center. In Training also offers extremely reasonable rates ranging from “individual” training sessions to money-saving “monthly” training and coaching packages.
